Morning Thoughts on Equilibrium

It’s not even 9am and I am exhausted.

I wanted to post a quick observation about my 1998 equilibrium framework.

Below is 1998. Notice they didn’t move in lockstep at all times. Equities tended to overshoot, then bond yields would catch up. They would then hit equilibrium at various times.
